Whilst we would love to offer our customers free shipping, glass is incredibly heavy, so we are proud to offer a $12.50 flat rate shipping cost Australia wide. Orders over $300 receive free shipping. 

Delivering your goods:
We mostly use Australia Post and occasionally Couriers Please to ship orders domestically, we also use Border Express in some circumstances when shipping larger orders. ***Please note that a signature is not required, so goods will be left in a safe place if no one is at home. Please advise in the order notes if this is not suitable in your circumstances, this may incur additional costs.***

Standard Delivery:

*Standard Delivery time to NT & WA is 4 to 7 working days. Standard Delivery to regional NT & WA can take up to 3 weeks.

Service Availability:
Delivery is available to all states in Australia: NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA, WA, NT and TAS Metro and Regional areas.

Order despatch:
We will endeavour to process and despatch orders within 2 businesses days. Please note these times may differ during holiday periods.

Tracking your order:
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking link for your parcel(s) via email, which you can use to monitor the status of your shipment.

Overseas Shipping:
We are happy to ship overseas but the shipping costs are quite high. You are welcome to use the Australia Post calculator (shipping from Bayswater Vic 3153) to get an idea of the cost or contact us by email info@mandalaart.com.au with what you would like to order and your address for a firm quote.
