Do you ship overseas?

Why has my discount not been applied?

Usually this happens if the discount code has been written in the "Leave a note with your order section" instead of in the discount code field. All discount codes need to be applied at checkout. 

Can I get a proforma invoice?

Place order then select “Pay by bank deposit”.

Do you offer wholesale discount?

Yes, we do. Contact the store to set up your wholesale discount. We also offer discounts to community organisations and charities. 

Can I come and purchase direct from you?

Yes, you can. Please see our opening hours.

I'm not happy with my purchase. What do I do? 

Please give us a call so we can sort it out for you. We'd appreciate it if you don't write a bad review before speaking with us! 

How do I know which glass to purchase?

We are more than happy to help you work out which tiles will best suit your needs. Call our store and one of our team will be able to help you find what you're looking for. 

An item I want is out of stock. When will it be back in stock? 

Place your email in the notification form on the product page and we will email you as soon as your item is back in stock. Alternatively, you can call the store for an ETA.
